Very nice, large, and clean rooms. The decor is fantastic. Air conditioning and a refrigerator are available. The staff was very kind, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The gym is clean and fully equipped. The room is cleaned and restocked daily. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. Paid parking is available directly at the hotel. The city of Lugo is very beautiful and clean. In the evening, you can stroll through the historic center and enjoy very affordable and delicious meals. Overall, my family and I were very satisfied. I can only recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. I stayed with two children. The breakfast was rich, varied, and plentiful. The reception staff were very friendly. We arrived late and they greeted us with a smile. They gave the children a little gift upon checkout. They speak highly of the restaurant.

We booked two nights at this hotel. We had already stayed there last year... What can I say? Everything was perfect, from the room (spacious and very clean) to the staff, very helpful and welcoming! We had dinner at the restaurant, everything was delicious! The tagliata and the hamburger are truly something special! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Congratulations indeed.

A very welcoming hotel, both in terms of staff and rooms. The rooms' very high ceilings (5m) and stylish furnishings give guests the feeling of entering a slightly retro world. However, they are comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is excellent, with both sweet and savory options, suitable for all tastes. I haven't tried the restaurant. In such a small town and at that price, it's a real surprise.
